How it works

Seven stages. Six happen with us; the last is you and your counterparty settling directly.

How we work

Both sides are verified

When we put two people together, we have identified both of them — at every amount, not only above €1,000. That is the whole point of using us rather than meeting a stranger from a forum. Verification takes about ten minutes and applies to you and to whoever you are matched with.

Directly between two people

You settle with your counterparty, not with us. We are not a party to the exchange and we never hold either side's funds — no escrow, at any point. You are told in writing who you are dealing with before anything moves. We do not currently work with any licensed provider, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.

A narrow, deliberate offering

Bitcoin, Tether and USD Coin. Nothing else. We do not arrange privacy coins and we do not work with addresses linked to mixers or darknet activity.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us what you are looking to do — direction, asset, roughly how much, and why. We open a file straight away and give you a reference number. At this point we will also tell you that identity verification applies to every amount, so it is never a surprise later.

  2. 02

    Triage

Four checks: that you are not resident in the EU or the EEA, that there is no connection to a jurisdiction we cannot work with, that the asset is one we arrange, and roughly what size the transaction is. If any of these fails, we say so immediately.

  3. 03

    Identity

A link to our verification provider. Photo identity document, a liveness check, and proof of address dated within three months. Around ten minutes. We never collect identity documents over WhatsApp or Telegram — those channels are for conversation, and anyone asking you to send a passport that way is not us.

  4. 04

    Screening

Sanctions lists, politically exposed person status, adverse media, and — where crypto is being sent — a check on the wallet address itself. Every result is recorded with the name of the person who reviewed it.

  5. 05

    Assessment

We rate the enquiry against a fixed matrix rather than by instinct. Above €15,000, or where anything is flagged, our Money Laundering Reporting Officer reviews it personally and signs off in writing.

  6. 06

    Decision

Approve, approve with conditions, or decline. If we decline we will tell you plainly, and there are circumstances where we are not permitted to explain further. That is not evasiveness; it is a legal restriction on what we may say.

  7. 07

    Introduction

We confirm to you in writing who your counterparty is, and confirm the same to them about you. You settle directly with each other. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee it, and we hold nothing at any stage.

How long it takes

A straightforward first enquiry usually completes verification the same day. Anything requiring source-of-funds evidence or MLRO sign-off takes longer, and we would rather be slow than sloppy. Once you are verified, later transactions are considerably quicker.

One thing worth repeating

We will never ask you to send money or crypto to us, we will never offer to hold funds for either side, and we will never ask for identity documents over WhatsApp, Telegram or email. If you receive a message asking for any of that, it is not from us — please check with us using the contact details published on this site.

Straightforward about the limits

We would rather tell you now that we cannot help than take you through verification and decline you at the end. If you are resident in the EU or the EEA, if you need an asset we do not arrange, or if you are not able to evidence where the funds came from, the answer will be no, and it will be no sooner rather than later.

Common questions

Can I buy Bitcoin in Montenegro with euro?
Yes. We introduce you to an identity-verified counterparty who sends the Bitcoin to a wallet you control, while you send the euro to them by SEPA transfer. We are not a party to that transfer and hold nothing at any stage.
Do you hold my money or my crypto at any point?
No. We never hold, receive, forward or safeguard client money or crypto-assets, and we do not act as escrow. Both sides settle directly with each other once we have verified them both and made the introduction.
Do I have to verify my identity, even for a small amount?
Yes, at every amount. Montenegrin law requires identification above 1,000 euro and we apply it from the first euro. Verification is a photo identity document, a liveness check, and proof of address dated within three months.
Can I use the service if I live in the EU or the EEA?
No. Residents of the European Union and the European Economic Area cannot be accepted, and neither can residents of the United States. Access is restricted by location, declared by you, and checked against documents during onboarding.
What does it cost?
We charge you nothing — no platform fee and no commission. The calculator shows the market reference rate less a margin of around 3%, and that margin belongs to the person on the other side of the exchange rather than to us.
How long does an exchange take?
A straightforward first enquiry usually completes verification the same day. Anything needing source-of-funds evidence or sign-off by our reporting officer takes longer. Once you are verified, later exchanges are considerably quicker.
Will you ever ask me to send funds or documents over Telegram?
Never. We do not collect identity documents over Telegram, WhatsApp or email, and we never ask a client to send money or crypto to us. Our only Telegram account is the one linked in the footer, and it sends links and reference numbers only.
